As Coca Cola’s 125th anniversary approaches next year, the company has launched a new range of shoes, which are sustainable and recyclable for the spring/summer 2012 collection.

The shoes named “Recycle” for the 2012 collection are made from environmentally friendly materials which can be used again and again. 50% of the material used is from recovered canvas and the rest is from recycled automobile rubber. The models offered are for tennis, casual wear and sandals with a combination of many colors available, such as white, off white, black, brown, sand colored, sea blue and military green. These colors vary depending on the leather, suede, canvas and other materials.

These shoes are developed and designed with “retro” characteristics, and were identified with the logo “"Coca-Cola originals since 1886" stamped on the insole so as to differentiate these models from other collections. The traditional collection has its inspiration in a young and modern urban style, rather than retro.
