UAE turns to be the biggest exporting country of Yiwu Small Commodity 
It’s said though Yiwu commodity market was affected distinctly by the financial crisis in 2008, its small commodity export still increasing, but there was a change in the export areas. UAE replaced American to the largest buyer of Yiwu small commodity in 2008, and the top ten exporting countries were America, Ukraine, Algeria, Russia, Bnin, Egpt, India, Saudi Abrabia and Iran consecutively. Becuase of the convenient logistics in Dubai, a majority of export traders selected Dubai as their transit depot and Yiwu is always exporting a large number of small commodity to UAE. 
Accoding to the latest statistics provided by Jinhua custom, the overall export turnover in Yiwu topped 1,907,540,00 in 2008, increased by 13.94% compared to the same period last year. In 2008, there was a considerable regulation in China’s export structure, maily in its industries, products and exporting areas, so it with Yiwu market.
