Yiwu rural credit cooperative banks designed a favorable rates, simple procedure loan programs.  Yiwu rural credit cooperative banks opened 10 branch offices in Yiwu International Trade City,  service for individual businesses and market at any time. In the end of October of this year, the bank 's balances reach 21.54 billion yuan loans, and special arrangements 10 billion credit funds to implement a six-month " big action of support small and micro business growth ."

In order to improve the "big action of support small and micro business growth", the bank launched three new initiatives:

First setting up 6-10 small business loans franchise organizations in the market around, suburban and part of the town center, specifically provide one-stop financial services for small and micro enterprises to meet the requirements of small micro-business loans, complete approval procedures in one day.

Second, the requirement of more than 300 managers of Yiwu rural credit cooperative bank at least visited 10,000 small and micro enterprises or individual businesses, and the new loans must achieve more than 30% of households interviewed.

Third, in next year's credit, a part of the funding priority will be arranged to support efforts of lending to small micro-enterprise .
