On the 28th ,May,Yiwu Protect Brand Products Union annual meeting had been held in YIHE Hotel. Vice director of city National People’s Congress Lou Linzhong, vice-chairman of the CPPCC Huang fentian, vice secretary for Disciplinary Inspection Hu Aifen,Industrial and Commercial Bureau from Jinhua City and Zhenjiang Province,and the leader of the Civil Affairs Bureau of Yiwu attended the meeting,the vice mayor Ji Jinpu gave an important address.Yiwu Science and Technology Bureau, Public Security Bureau and other connatural units,176 league members attended this meeting.
Yiwu Brand Products Union founded in May,1995.The purpose is to protect the enterprises?¡¥ intellectual property.The mission is “Striking the Fake and Protecting the Consumers’ Rights,Protecting excellence and Supporting brand”, this protect institution now developed into international .There have 266 brand products been protected by the union.It has developed 176 member units ,come from 24 provinces Hongkong,Taiwan and other 8 countries and regions.
In the year of 2007,the union coorperate with Commerce and Industry bureau, Qualitative Inspect Bureau,Custom, Public Security Bureau ,Court,and Procuratorates have a good effection to protect brand products,looking after the members’ rights & interests.
In order to honor the enterprises’ hard working, according to the quantity,validity,and the effection of the clews offered by the enterprise, the meeting honour Zhengjiang Mengna Kniting and Sock industry,Japan San Liou Stock Co.,Ltd, Johnson (China) invest Co., Ltd., Korea 777 Metal Industry Co., Ltd. who has been rated “2007 The annual excellent member of the Yiwu Protect Brand Products Union”. “After the meeting,ZhongcunLongzang,Chief of Legal Office of the global intellectual property of Japan San Liou stock Co., Ltd. and He Siqing, the President of Shanghai Tang Puxun Marketing Investigation and Study Co., Ltd. given away the plaques written “The defender of striking the fake ,The leader of Protecting rights”,”The leader of civilized law enforcement,the exemplification of striking fake” to acknowledge the law-enforcing department support protecting intellectual property.
