Yiwu published the White Paper on intellectual property protection 
Yiwu Amanda (China Wholesale) reports: Recently, Yiwu has released her first White Paper on IPR protection—“IPR Protection in Yiwu (2008)” both in Chinese and English to the world. 
There are 20 pages in the White Paper, and it elaborates innovative practices and fruits of Yiwu’s IPR protection in 2008 from 10 aspects, ranging from the overall situation of IPR protection, patent protection, trademark protection, copyright protection to judicial protection of IPR. 
Yiwu has built a multi-layered network of IPR protection and adopted the monitoring and interconnecting mechanism of various departments. The Yiwu market has set up the IPR Supervision and Service Center, in which Yiwu IPR Bureau, Yiwu Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Yiwu Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, Yiwu Industry & Commerce Bureau and Zhejiang China Commodities City Group work jointly for answering the booth owner’s inquiries and accepting the complaint of infringement at any time, thus having formed the mechanism of information sharing and mutual supervision. This practice is known as “Yiwu Mode” of IPR protection.
