Located in the middle of Zhejiang Province, Yiwu has a speedy and convenient road and railway network. It’s very convenient to get to Hangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and some other cities in Zhejiang.

By Air
As the largest airport in mid-west Zhejiang Province, Yiwu airport can handle large and medium-sized planes like the B-737, MD-82 and Airbus A-320. There are a total of more than ten routes opened successively such as to Guangzhou, Beijing, Shantou, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Nantong, Changsha, Kunming, Hong Kong and so on. Its apron can accommodate 6 large planes and 2 small planes. The domestic waiting hall can accommodate 900 passengers. At present, about 10 domestic airlines have stationed in the airport. There are flights to Beijing and Guangzhou every day, flights to Chengdu on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, flights to Shenzhen, Changsha, Xiamen, Shantou and Kunming on each Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

Location: In the northwest of Yiwu City, 5.5 km (3.4 miles) away from the urben center and 51 kilometers (31.7 miles) away from Jinhua City.
By Train
Yiwu new railway station is an important site on the Zhejiang-Jiangxi express railway line and under the administration of Shanghai Railway Bureau. Now it is a first-class station. Nowadays, trains that depart from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Chengdu, Nanjing and some other large and medium-sized cities can reach Yiwu directly everyday. Trains from Hangzhou to Yiwu are more frequent every day. You can also take trains at the station to get to some other cities in Zhejiang such as Quzhou, Wenzhou, Jiaxing, Taizhou etc.
Location: Also in the northwest of Yiwu city, 4 km (2.5 miles) away from the airport, 9.5 km (5.9 miles) away from the urben center.
By Bus (long distance bus & city bus):
Long-distance Bus
There are ample convenient bus services in Yiwu. At present, there are four long-distance bus stations in Yiwu City. Following are some reference details:
Binwang Passenger Center: It is the largest bus station in Yiwu City. About nine provinces and most parts of Zhejiang Province can be reached from here. Among them, there are six buses departing to Shanghai everyday, respectively at 08:20, 09:50, 11:50, 14:00, 15:00 and 16:30. Besides, if you are going to Hangzhou, the Binwang Passenger Center has opened a special route for you. Everyday, from 06:30 to 18:10, there will be buses departing to Hangzhou every 20 minutes. The return buses will depart from Hangzhou South Station every 20 minutes from 07:00 am to 18:40. And buses to Ningbo will depart hourly from 06:30 to 18:10.

Getting Around By City-bus
Presently, there are more than 50 bus lines operating in Yiwu City, 28 of which are running in the city center while the others are running between the urban area and the surrounding towns. The latter buses numbers usually begin with 3 as a distinguish from the former. No.121, No.122 and No.123 buses are special lines running around the Yiwu International Trade City. Besides, No.209 (05:35-22:15), No.206 (05:50-22:05), No.202 (05:50-22:20) and No.201 (06:00 pm-22:10) run in the urban area at night.
By Taxi

Yiwu Taxi
With about 2000 taxis at your service, your trip will be easier in Yiwu. The fare is CNY5 for the first 2 kilometers (about 1.24 miles) and CNY 1.8 for every additional kilometer (about 0.62 miles). The fare of those with the logos of Honda Accord ,Hongqi and Hyundai are a little bit higher.
Travelers who first take taxi in Yiwu have to pay attention to the fare on the record and plus 2 CNY(fuel surcharge) to calculate how much you actually have to pay because some ill-conditioned taxi drivers may surcharge you.
Besides, picking up other passengers half way is not allowed although this is not a rare phenomenon in Yiwu.
