The Sony HDR-SR11E 60GB High Definition Handycam® Camcorder is a hard disk based camcorder that delivers outstanding image quality for both movies and still image capture. With the ability to record Full HD 1920x1080 video at 16Mbps using the AVCHD format, the Sony HDR-SR11E Camcorder allows storage up to 22 hours of HD recording on to its 60GB hard drive. Adopting a ClearVid CMOS sensor with Exmor derived technology; it produces superb picture quality with high sensitivity and low noise. Boasting stunning still image quality, the Sony SR11E takes pictures in 10 mega pixels and recordable on to its internal hard drive or removable Memory Stick. A still photo quality of 7.6 mega pixels can be captured during video recording.


Sony SR11 fitted with a Carl Zeiss 12x optical zoom lens, users are given the ability to pull subjects closer to achieve dramatic close-ups and a clearer view of the action. Super SteadyShot optical image stabilization offers improved still image and video stability, especially in low light. Sony SR11E which Face Detection technology with Bit Allocation for video and photos automatically gives clearer and natural looking faces, while D-Range Optimizer adjusts exposure and contrast for evenly exposed backlit shots. A large 3.2-inch Wide Xtra Fine LCD touch screen is both easy to view and easy to use.
