Summary
Jingu Expo: The spring Yiwu Craft Fair is a professional exhibition in the field of Art and Crafts industry organized by Shanghai Jingu Exhibition Service Co., Ltd making use of the local resources and advantages of Yiwu International Trade City. It is also a trade platform of the industry with the principle of ?¡ãPromoting Trade Transaction, Establishing Cooperation Forum. Since March 10-12, 2004, the fair has been held in Zhejiang, Yiwu at fixed time and fixed venue for five years running. In 2007, it was upgraded as an International Arts & Crafts Trade Fair and Gifts & Household Supplies Expo approved by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, sponsored by China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Light Industrial Products and Arts-Crafts(CCCLA). The size of the exhibition floor has been expanded from 6500square meters originally to 15000square meters. The number of professional buyers and visitors has also been increased up to nearly10,0000 persons and the transaction volume are accumulated to over 10000 million yuan. Now, the exhibition has become one of the top three trade fairs in China Arts and Crafts industry. Every year, the exhibition attracts worldwide manufactures and traders of Arts and Crafts industry to gather in Yiwu and it also has become a unique window for those manufactures of Arts and Crafts and Gift and household supplies to contact with the global buyers, establish business relations and promote export sales. General Information
The 5th spring China Yiwu International Arts & Crafts Trade Fair and Gifts & Household Supplies Expo has been held in March,2008, at China Commodities City Exhibition Center with a show area of 15,000square meters for main venue and 1,500,000 square meters for sub-venue. During the three days , more than 9782 buyers from 130 countries and regions came to visit the expo and 37 of them signed trade contracts with the total amount of 24,790,000RMB, achieving 478 intention contracts with the amount of 23.5million. In addition, all sorts of arts and crafts, gifts sold 1.03million on the scene. 90% of exhibitors thought they have achieve the goal, 92.2% of visitor showed their satisfaction. Looking back on the unprecedented scenes of the transaction in the exhibition, which makes one acclaim as the acme of perfection. what made us most gratified was that the exhibitor's volume of business went far beyond the expected effect.
