China Yiwu AmandaIEC reports: 2009 Yiwu Fair, i.e. 2009 China Yiwu International Commodities Fair will he opened on 21th – 25th, Oct 2009. Yiwu Fair is the third largest trade show in China just after Canton Fair and Eastern China Fair. 
China Yiwu International Small Commodities Fair (Yiwu Fair) is the only approved by the State Council of daily consumer goods categories international exhibitions. It's predecessor is China YIwu Commodities Fair, founded in 1995, from 2002 upgrade to be organized by the Ministry of Commerce to participate in an international exhibition. It has been held 13 sessions as so far. The exhibition takes "facing the world, serving the entire country" as the mission, play an active role on extending commodities export, promoting the commodities manufacturing. It has been the largest, the most influential, the most effective daily consumer goods exhibition in China, it's the third large exhibition follow Canton Fair and East China Fair, it had been rated the 2002 China's top 10 news events exhibition industry, China's top 10 Rising Star Show in 2003, The Best exhibition held by government in 2004, China's 2005 annual management level best exhibitions, one of the the most influential brand shows in 2006.
