2009 Yiwu Fair: to be more influential worldwide 
China Yiwu AmandaIEC reports: China Yiwu International Commodities Fair (Yiwu Fair) is the third largest trade show in China just after Canton Fair and Eastern China Fair. Meanwhile, the Dubai Exhibition of 2009 China Yiwu International Commodities Fair will be held in Dubai. 
According to the Going-out Strategy of Yiwu government on Yiwu Fair, the Dubai Exhibition of 2009 China Yiwu International Commodities Fair will be held in Dubai. This exhibition is co-hosted by Global Sources and Yiwu China Commodity City Exhibition Co., Ltd, with the aim to expand the overseas influences of Yiwu and Yiwu Fair. The introduction meeting was held in Yiwu Kingdom Hotel recently, and about 100 representatives of local enterprises communicated with the co-hosts. 
It is learned that the Gifts & Home Products Exhibition in Dubai will open at the same time when Yiwu Fair has its show in that country. With “Purchasing China-made Products in Yiwu” as the theme, this debut will intensively display Yiwu enterprises and their products. This show will cover an exhibition area of 3, 600 square meters with 200 international standard booths, and the 3 specialties are home products, arts and crafts, and fashionable ornaments. It is a good opportunity for local suppliers to dig into the markets in the Middle East and neighboring regions.
