The 3rd Yiwu Forest Fair

The 3rd Yiwu Forest Fair is to be held in the International Expo Center from Nov.1st to Nov.4th, 2010. This exhibition has 2160 international standard booths and will host a total of more than 1400 exhibting enterprises.The number of exhibitors and booths are both twice that of last exhibition.

The theme of this Forest Fair: "leading low carbon economy, sharing forest products". Under this theme, the commodities to be displayed on this exhibition will be more specialized in green and technological content with rich catagories.

Since 2008, Yiwu has successfully held two Forest Fairs. The Fair held last year at once became the largest forestry exhibition in Asia.

With the growing influence of Yiwu Forest Fair, more and more forestry manufacturers rely on it as an important method to enlarge the domestic market and enter the international market.

This Forest Fair has three specialized tradeshows, namely: Taiwan Agricultural and Forestry Food Exhibition, Floor Board Exhibition and Forest Food Exhibition. Most exhibition areas adopt specialized assorted tradeshows. The main exhibition hall has ten display areas such as forest food, Taiwan agricultural and forestry quality goods, bamboo & wooden crafts, daily necessities, household products etc..

This session of the Forest Fair will have 250 overseas enterprises exhibitiors from more than 30 countries and regions such as Japan, Russia, South Korea, Thailand, Nepal etc., taking up 21% of the total exhibition enterprises, increased by 70%, and booths up to 473, taking up 22% of all the booths, increased by 90%. Thailand has 13 enterprise exhibitors with 16 booths and ranks the largest foreign pavilion. African ebony, wood carving, Thai tropical fruits, rice and other agricultural and forestry products will be displayed on this Forest Fair. By then you can learn the world’s agricultural and forestry specialties without going abroad.
