The Domestic Surcharge of Air Tickets Has Been Raised
It's heard from relevant sectors yesterday that affected by the price adjustment of domestic petroleum oil, the CA will adjust the fuel surcharge of domestic routes from the date of Oct. 27(based on the date of issue).
From 0:00 on October 26, the prices of domestic gasoline and diesel went up by 230 yuan and 220 yuan per ton respectively. The price of domestic aviation kerosene price also rose by 220 yuan per ton. Affected by these factors, the CA subsequently adjusted the bunker surcharge of domestic routes. The adjustments are as follows: as to routes less than(include) 800 km, fuel surcharge will increase from 20 yuan to 40 yuan per section; to routes more than 800 km, fuel surcharge will increase from 40 yuan to 70 yuan per section; infant passengers are free of fuel surcharge; children, revolutionary disabled soldiers and the people's police who are disabled due to public cause pay half of the actual fuel surcharge and the specific amount is based on calculation of the system. It is known that major airlines in China all have raised fuel surcharge.
