The opening of the international flights 

Taking the international flights in the home is the wish of the people of Yiwu for many years. Today, this desire will soon become a reality. 

Recently, the State Council approved: Agree to yiwu airport opening to the outside world. This means that the Yiwu Airport officially have qualified to fly international flights. It is also the first county-level city be approved the opening of international flights in mainland China. 

Yiwu civil aviation airport was built in 1991, after two reconstruction in 1993 and 2006, has become the only airport in the middle of Zhejiang,and the  largest one in the midwest of Zhejiang. At present,the navigable city has been to 21. 

In addition, from 2007 to 2012, Yiwu Airport also achieved six consecutive temporary opening, opened the route of Yiwu to Hong Kong . 

After the official opening,  first of all ，it will consolidate the route of Yiwu – Hong Kong , to achieve normalization of flight. In addition, we will actively seek the opening of international routes to Dubai (UAE), Seoul (South Korea) and Thailand.
