On July 30, 2014, with a title of " zhejiang first high-rise building", Yiwu World Trade Center held a grand ceremony for topping it off.At this point, the total construction area of 480,000 square meters, constituting by a super-tall, three talls as high as 150 meters and 148,000 square meters of commercial podium. 

Yiwu World Trade Center project developed by Neoglory Jewelry Co.,Ltd., built by China Construction First Goup,Construction & Development Co, Ltd. , designed by the United States RTKL,Tongji university building design &research institute, eadg  environment international co., LTD . On December 27, 2010, formally based on project, the main knot top project, the main body of fully completed as scheduled, lasted more than three years, the total investment has reached 5.5 billion yuan.
