There are two things related to American debt crisis,global investors are worry about it.One is America increasing debt limit.Another thing is the international rating agency Standard and Poor’s downgrade the American long-term sovereign credit rating from “AAA” to “AA+”.This is the first time for America to lose sovereign credit rating of “AAA”. Some domestic experts think that the appearances of these two things mean America will continue to print many United States notes.It is equal to starting the Quantitative Easing for the third time.It will lead to the rapid appreciation of CNY and increasing conflict of international trade.so the individual spending power of America will weaken.The previous vice-president of  the Economic College of Peking University,Cao Heping said,the most direct influence of downgrading of American sovereign credit is continuously decrease if exchange rate of USD to RMB.It is a big jump to foreign trade enterprises.
